Click "Browse" or "Choose File" button and select an image (bmp, gif, ico, jpg, png, tea or tga). There is a 10 Mb and a 1,920w x 1,080h resolution limit. Click a target format button. Image is uploaded and converted to target format. Right click the image and select "Save Image As..." to save your image to file. Some formats such as TGA, TEA, PPM etc cannot be viewed by the browser, in which case click the "Download Image" button to save your image to your Downloads folder.
